OPTV - 3.59 ask - nothing's changed as to my short and long term projections, but it's easier to get a 50-100% short term gain from a penny stock. If more $$ were available, I'd be holding on.

DIO - .33 ask gets a strong buy. Down on low volume, low .30's support, likely bounce, and short/long term potential allow a relatively low risk buy at this price
