Edwards is a trained tort lawyer, and will adopt whatever accents and mannerisms suit his purpose.

I wouldn't mind listening to him talk all day, as long as he was behind barbed wire where he belongs...

Not at all expecting that I would be, I've become quite impressed with what Edwards is doing. In my view, his movement really solidifies the position of the Democrats.

I think the media should shut up about who needs to or who should drop out after New Hampshire--or any other state, for that matter. The media aren't the kingmakers--at least they're not supposed to be! The people are, and should be!!!

I think it'd be just fine if the current field of Democrats just kept right on speechmaking and right on debating right into the time of the nomination. This is the finest crop of Democratic candidates I've seen in my memory. And it's my view that people will learn from each of 'em.

What Democrats are also contrasting is just how poor of a candidate Bush really is. Right now we're seeing the Democrat candidates proving they have a grasp of a wide range of issues, that they can think on their feet and that they can competently and sensitively respond to even to the most difficult of questions.

This matched against Bush who is scripted, too much in need of a teleprompter and who isn't capable of doing any what the Democrats are now doing.

Let's deselect Bush in '04!
