(PS I am serious)

I know. I have been watching, kinda wide eyed, for some time. Easing rates maybe OK for the Americans** doing things willie-nillie (-g-), but that will cause a huge sea of available credit, creating a spending spree by the plebs. House prices in the UK are already rated "ga ga", and we typically don't allow that sort of thing here.

(** the italics indicate changing to a depreciating tone of voice, that we Brits are famous for)

same with the rest of Europe generally.

So whats going to come out of this??

I've been thinking of radical scenarios, like a strong euro policy, but typically the European response is not radical or risk taking at all. They have to pay for socialist programs like national health and education for all somehow though.

/edit.

Willie-nillie / willy-nilly
something kept in an untidy way

in short, it looks as if things are not going to be happy.
