McCain was on a major TV show the other day. Maybe it was Lou Dobbs. I can't remember. The host asked him "Are you calling this administration corrupt?" McCain paused and replied that he didn't say this lightly but yes. The basis for his statement was mainly huge pork barrel spending in the big spending bill Bush wants. But he was also talking about the deficits and the fact that there is no money to pay for any of the new programs Bush keeps putting out there to try and buy voting blocks.
