Maybe he's really trying to tell you something. Since his boss probably doesn't allow "sell" or "reduce" ratings because the company has other business with MAY (selling bonds), he comes out with the upgrade which makes MAY happy but he's also telling you what he really thinks.

Tommorrow briefing.com will just post the Upgrade and ignore the target price.
