Actively working???? Weren't we told ad nauseum that he had large stockpiles of WMD...and a "reconstituted Nuke program"....weren't we told we knew exactly where the WMD were after "mission accomplished". Weren't we told Saddam had an Al-Quaeda connection and didn't Bush and co. always put Saddam and 911 in the same sentence? You excuse is very weak.... Even Bush has backed away....But can't seem to contain the loose cannon, Cheney. Bush better put a lease on him or watch his back.
