oh lookie, looks like Bush's war chest is irrelevant.

Perhaps more significant are the third party special interest groups that have emerged. There are several groups whose only goal will be to defeat President Bush...regardless of who is running against him. Some estimate that in total, these groups will have $400 million to spend to defeat this President.
