Well AS is right, all the dems co-opted the Dean message and that is basically what turned around Kerry's campaign at least imo. A few mos ago, listening to these guys it was like a bunch of walking excuses for the Bush mandate, esp. Kerry and Edwards. OK so they voted for war, so what, just admit you made a mistake and wouldn't have done it if you had to do over again.

I'm sure most Dean supporters will support whoever the dem candidate is. Too bad there is no way to put Dean in charge of the budget as a staffer! If Kerry picks Edwards as a running mate that would be good. Kerry has a bit of a gloomyness about him, mostly in his appearance, he isn't quite "down home" enough and Edwards can fill that gap. Plus Edwards has a lot to offer in his own right, but I don't think Edwards will be the nominee this time around. I don't think we've seen the last of Dean though, he has a lot of potential to do a lot of things in national politics.
