PB - internet and cell vote voting. Depends on who owns the voting software. Doubting about the value of such consultations as this would not be a statistical sample as opinion surveys use (and these are wrong too often). Depends on the media campain leading to the vote. Votes are "hot" decisions, not a thought decision. Would give governments a "democratic" alibi though. Would be a dream for small parties which can mobilize all their members with nobody else caring to cast a vote: gives the appearence of "majorities" . Anyway, the way we are going to, IM(sad)HO.
