I don't know about "nice lifestyles", except that
the Europeans take a lot of vacations and are
periodically on strike. The structure of the
countries is basically socialist. When it comes
time for health care, they get the shaft.


The European countries are capitalist economies with socialistic elements intertwine.

The European countries have been around
for centuries but have never
reached the level of the USA
in wealth, achievement, etc.


They have never had the quantity and quality of natural resources that we have.
