NORTH HALEDON, N.J., Jan 28, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Tech
Laboratories, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: TCHL) announced today it has introduced
DynaTraX(TM) Enterprise Management System (DEMS) to thwart the increasing threat
posed by cyber terrorists. This software/hardware system provides the ultimate
in positive access security.

The Company said networks that rely on keys, passwords, IDs and reporting
intruder attacks to a network manager for access security are at risk for being
hacked.

"In today's world of high-powered PCs and sophisticated computer users, hackers
have proven over and over these tools do not provide enough protection because
they will and do overcome logical access security methods to hack their way into
private networks," said Bernard M. Ciongoli, president of Tech Laboratories,
Inc. "DEMs, Positive Access Security Control, can stop hackers before they get
deep into your network and do damage."

According to Ciongoli, once your access security system detects a hacker to be
online, DEMS/DynatrX(TM) switch disconnects the circuit they're using to access
network resources quickly and without letting the hacker know he's been
detected. He said the DEMS can be programmed to simultaneously reconnect the
hackers circuit to a "honey pot" network simulator system, leading the hacker to
believe he has gained access to the network. Ciongoli said once in the honey
pot, the hacker can be traced and located.

"As recently as yesterday, hackers created havoc by spreading an e-mail virus
that clogged computer networks around the nation," said Ciongoli. "Any network
protected by DEMs would have been protected from such an attack."
