Well... I'm afraid you're extrapolating the past into the future. Are you sure Arabs and Muslims are still gung-ho about travelling to the US? As for your "brain pools" in Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, China and India) don't bank on it: China is becoming an ever more powerful magnet for Indian computer geeks, Japanese engineers, etc. So, who's left? European graduates, including Russia's rocket scientists on the loose.... and wetbacks.

everyone in US is free to do whatever they want to do as long as it is legal or they don't get caught.........

The same was true about Iraq under Saddam's rule.
