if that's not an advocation of
increased taxes, I don't know what is.

but I agree with your subsequent statement
about "cut spending or increase taxes" but not both.

My point was that spending cuts were the
way to proceed--not tax increases.

So perhaps you actually agree
with me, but didn't realize it.<g>
