Ann, I watched Bob Dole last night and he did say that. And the Kerryites will not count anybody out yet. BUt the question people are asking are the following:

Who is best suited to oppose BUsh; electability.
Who do people feel comfirtable with as having the temperament to be President and having a finger on the trigger; Kerry or Dean (after 'I have a scream')

Also on CNN, there was their analyst saying that analysis of the exit poll showed that Dean came in second to Kerry with the voters with respect to the health plan that Kerry and Dean have proposed. The voters considered Kerry's plans as more beneficial and achievable that DR. Dean.
And besides, having a helath plan for Vermont and one for the entire country are two totally different things. The issues are vastly different.
