Earlie from Earlie: Oh my,..... Japanese are now PUBLICLY uttering the unthinkable (at least unthinkable from an American perspective)....... Their central bank is thinking about converting some of its massive US treasury holdings into the ancient, barbaric relic (recall that the Chinese central bank did exactly the same thing two years ago). I would expect that Treasury has already lined up a big Gulfstream for tonight and lined up the emissaries who will be on board.
