Bill, Hi!! The concern for DELL's service is always warranted...And, I'm quite sure that they are aware of problems...I'm even more sure that they are doing whatever they can to make the DELL experience as sound and enjoyable as it possibly can be...Frankly speaking...I've heard that who ever is in charge of service still has to answer to Michael...In essence he still holds himself directly responsible for service...
