perg. Not to dissemble. But the personal circumstances,

needs, goals and even the question of what comprises the <good life> differs so greatly for each of us that there's really no way to give a reasonable answer without knowing more about the person and or family in question.

Just one consideration is that age can make a very big difference in how your question should be addressed. I'm going to be 60 next month. So, a high priority for me is to enjoy what I have vs putting maximum effort into increasing my net worth when I was 20 years younger.

So my priorities, spending habits, etc would probably seem extravagant to younger folks with a lower level of total assets. Heck, if I make even a brief mention of some of the things I enjoy doing? The promoters of <the politics of envy> over on SDII go postal with personal attacks on me.<lol>
