I have yet to see a rally fizzle due to the beginning of rates increases after a recession! The market will come to term with rate increases since the market will realize that for the FED to increase rates that an upturn in the economy has been cemented. I see this as just as another buy op. One has to be remember that market can be shortsighted for few days at a time.
