JDN, I met Ted Kennedy in 1960. He came to the University of Washington where I was head of the Jack Kennedy campaign. He gave me one of those PT boat tie clasps. I like the guy and have admired the way he has fought for health care for all during his entire political career.

Well, thats a sorry state of affairs.

Yes it is, I personally think a lot of people vote for him because he is perceived as a powerful person in Washington. People believe he has the power to help our state or "bring home the bacon" and that seems to be true but I still wouldn't vote for him.
