Yep, a slimey echo of the "super race" idiology. More's the pity, since we aided and abetted the Iraqis in their murderous 8 year war with Iran (Reagan even signing an executive order over-turning the Congressional prohibition on export of "dual use" technologies to Iraq), and we shared satellite intel with their Generals... the better to kill Iranians. Saddam was even a CIA 'asset' prior to his rise to supreme command within the Party. Just goes to illustrate that when our short-term interests compromise our long-term interests in promoting peaceful Democracies --- we lose out.
