SEC Confirms No Complaint Released Against US Global Nanospace Wednesday January 28, 3:35 pm ET CARSON CITY, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 28, 2004 -- US Global Nanospace, Inc. (OTC BB: USGA) has been advised that an alleged complaint filed by the SEC has been posted on a web site located at www.our-street.com hosted by Nick Tracy Enterprises. USGA has not been notified of any action filed by the SEC and the SEC has confirmed to the Company's counsel that no such complaint has been released. "The SEC has not served a complaint on US Global Nanospace," said John Robinson, the President of the Company.
