All the lying slanderous trash coming from the right-wing now on Kerry, the man they fear because he's so much better a man than Bush. Kerry never threw away his medals, nor ever claimed to have. To say anything else is just a big fat lie. He did however lead the veterans who tossed medals and ribbons, and he threw some of his ribbons. It was a powerfully painful moment in the vets' lives. They were protesting the big lies behind the Vietnam War which we all know are true now, thanks to the Pentagon Papes, which confesses that both the rationale for the war and the reporting of war casualties were complete fabrications. Turned out to be a great thing to end that war. Even though we lost, the hawks turned out to be wrong. There was no domino theory after all. Just a big fat lie sold to the public. Halliburton's Brown + Root got rich off that one too. 55,000 Americans dead. What a collosal waste. Kerry and friends saved the lives of many more.
