nope, the Bush administration has presided over almost 3 million lost jobs, this is common knowledge easily verified by the BLS "non farm payrolls" data, even the Bush administration doesn't dispute it. Bush and Hoover have a jobs record in common. Of course I am sure you will try to pull a fast one and dig up one of the lesser used BLS stats to prove your "point". No dice, Non Farm Payrolls is the labor statistic that matters. Not "household employment" or other republican funnies.
