I would say that is true, but Clinton was even more of an absolute politician, and got elected twice despite being an admitted adulterer.

I just saw Kerry on Fox news. His forehead did not move once...I do not understand how he could not have had botox. He has stated no, but then how does he explain his forehead not moving?
