The CIA has been an "equal opportunity" disaster. The left has hurt it the worst. But they have been a "Post Office" Bureaucracy for a long time. They don't lack for money. Just for imagination. They type of people who are good at Intel are terrible at Bureaucracy. So they get forced out, or not in a position of authority.

let's have an outside group look into the failure of intel and start with Carter Adm and show how democrats destroyed our security in this country to put money into their social welfare programs.

Sounds like we get the conclusion before the study...
