Al Re...Don't be so disingeous...the GOP spent 8 Clinton years sowing the worst of wills, even as the man worked hard at being a centrist. Bush is disliked for his fiscal, environmental and foreign policies, not his "looks"...to argue that is a victim of left rancor is another right wing simplification. When he started, the dems gave him lots of support on a number of initiatives...after 9/11 his level of arrogance and misteps have gone way beyond the pale. Look at my quote, and your answer. All you have given me is more reasons Ted shouldn't have patterned himself after the GOP and GW; but rather Bill and the dems. Isn't that what I just said?
