BB, higher rates what a joke! Not likely this year IMO and when the baby step hikes do come AG will cut quickly at first sign of stress in the financial markets. AG is willing a sacrifice the US$ for the domestic financial markets. China is happy to accept losses on US paper in exchange for rapid industrialization of the nation. Once China has derived enough growth from short sighted US businesses they can say GFY. mike
