Kerry will simply move the taxes for the very rich back to where they were during Clinton (which worked fine for multi-millinaires) in order to pay for Bush's war and other over-spending. Kerry will then get most of the profit out of Medicare, saving tens of billions, cut the corporate welfare and tax loopholes, saving tens of billions more, and cancel the new nuclear programs and other needless boondoggles. He will actually increase the army but cut out some fat cat contracts which are useless against terrorists. It will take years to balance the Bush budgets again, but Kerry will do it faster than Bush would, and best of all he'll move to start getting us off our oil addiction altogther. Bush has the guts to stand up to the oil lobby. Bush might as well be an oil lobbyist the way he runs things.
