Reagan left us with the greatest debt until GW and doomed Bush Sr. to four straight years of economic malaise, tax hikes and recession. The party had to be paid for. That took about six years. same thing that GW is trying to do now, over-spend, under-tax and create a party for the next guy to pay for once he's gone. Fiscally irresponsible.
