OT: We are in the process of putting a bottom in right now. What I find interesting is that many sectors like telecom and particularly networking have had a great month in January. But the SOX is basically just barely up on the month despite excellent earnings from many component companies.

The problem is that the SOX tends to lead both rallies and declines for the NASDAQ. In my opinion it is much more important than the NWX or XTC. That does not mean I don't think the market will rally tomorrow.

We probably will rally tomorrow but we may come back down again next week. I could be wrong. You have to like the snapback rally today even if it ran out of a bit of steam.
