also add the: French Halliburton investigation - bribery Pentagon Hal investigation - overcharging. I think this one is still open. I don't know about the one where Hal paid $6.3 million also on bribery charges. If the Dems are smart enough to do this (as opposed to the Dem candidate who should remain above the muck raking) using the right-wing extremist tactic of "think tanks" and other partially-hidden orgs, it may just be enough to start a serious ball rolling campaign. That would be a ball of mud with Cheney-Shrub stuck in the middle while it rolls downhill to Crawford.
