It's not France, it's the UNSC.
"not let ... dictate the term of when and where" aka unliateralism is exactly what I wanted to proof. The administration saw a "restriction" in the UNSC resolutions and not an "authorization". They did rightly so. The later twists to invent such an "authority" are not convincing.

The whole pattern of dishonesty in this administration is obvious.
Hey, I heard there record (by far, 20%) participiants/voters in the primaries. I very optimistic that that a clear majority is going to vote for a honest administration. No second chance for the courts this time.
