popnav keeps popping up on my computer when I write a post and I cannot find the file to delete it...is anyone familiar with popnav.com and how to get rid of them? They will not respond to e-mails.

I to couldn’t find any reference to the umpnmgr and thought that was odd. I did try to boot from the xp cd but was not able to do that and the ctrl+alt+delete option was a bust. On the other hand I did change the boot start up and am now doing the repair from the XP CD. If that doesn’t work I will do the clean install. So far it looks ok.
Don't know what I would have done without the support of this great thread.
