Ruff, you, by asking the questions you do, seem to support humans who are given guns and helicopters with rockets and shooting them into areas where civilians will be hit. blowing up the families house where the suicide bomber lived did not punish the suicide bomber but did exactly what the Nazi's did during ocupation of France. Bombing and killing as an example to rest of population to accept their occupation.
