The GWB group and the republican congress have been too willing to spend on unnecessary matters. GWB still has not used the Veto pen. That I don't understand that at all. It can get worse. The democrats proposed yesterday that anyone illegally in this country be granted citizenship, yadayada. They want greater spending on education, medical, environmental along with higher taxes. BTW, these are part and parcel of Kerry's platform. Of course, Clark as President, would be helpful too. No taxes for anyone single payer under 50K, or two-payer under 100K. Haven't heard any proposals on how to do a better job of collecting from those who work for cash in our land. No wonder they can't wait to get here. Yes Martha, there is a nirvana.
