Beans,

I am now hooked up with Esig feed and Amigo Charts. Atin produced a good program there.

A lot of the traders use Amigo with the IB feed and subscribe to Live Charts from QC to fill in the blanks if you will. That way live charts will fill in the data you missed (say you log on midday) and IB will feed the live data from that point forward. Everything gets saved on the hard drive so over time you build up a nice historical file yourself.

Going the LiveCharts/IB Feed/Amigo route and you can get away for about $50 per month. Less than half of QC cost and better reliability.

Have a gander.
