It could be cooked too, as always, doesn't it? I never thought just about everything can be cooked and embelished to make them look much more appetizing. It's becoming commonplace, almost like the latest standard or tradition.

Kidding aside, when I see some of the real gourmet dishes presented so elegantly on serving plate that they seem more appropriate for show, display and photographs, not to get ruined by spoon or fork.
