This man cheney is rapidly becoming a pariah...his national approval rating is at 20%. I think bush relied on this superhawk to make up for his lack of experience. Couple that reliance on cheney with bush's lack of intellectual capacity, and interest for nuance, simple minded black and white view of matters, and you have a lethal cocktail.
