I've had tofu and rice before, and I can't think of anything less interesting. And maybe that's the real reason I'll never be a vegetarian: most of them don't really seem to enjoy food. I do. Similar to the reason I'll never be a priest.

There were some good natural food stores when I lived in Arlington, but here in the Tampa area their products tend to be terribly overpriced.

If you are ever in the D.C. area there is an ethiopian restaurant in Georgetown that has killer vegetarian food. The food is served on a communal big platter and instead of knives and forks you eat it with some thin bread they give you. Veeery tasty.
