Gordon,
I believe insiders own about 39% of the 11.5 million shares outstanding. The good thing about a stock that had declined and then established a three year base is that most of the supply/overhead resistance has already been sold. Thus, it will not take much to move this stock. Lets hope the company is able to release some positive news soon.

Glad to see TVIN continue to move up.
