Compare to your household finances. If you're employed, you save and pay off your bills as they come in, you are doing well. But if you borrow like crazy, run up huge cr3edit card bills, buy things you cannopt afford and get laid off you are headed for bankrupcy. That is the difference between the Clinton and Bush economies. Bush's "recovery" is like the husband coming home and telling his wife "Look honey, I lost my job but just got a cash advance on our credit card for $100,000. We're rich! Let's go shopping!". It's just stupid. More and more conservatives agree.
