Success in an economy starts with those that create the economy and hire the labor and purchase the raw materials. Government has that role too except that it does its work so inefficiently and rapes our tax dollars when private industry in many cases would do so at less cost, but that is another subject. Government depends upon us to generate tax revenues for it to survive and attempts to work with us in moving forward. It is not the other way around as you state. We lead, government assists.
