OK, obviously you cannot back up that more taxes create millionaires. You cannot explain how it works. I accept that. It did not make sense to me either. Clinton assumed a hot economy. It was hot before the tax increases. He was able to get away with the increases because the economy had already heated up and could sustain itself for a cycle. Eventually the Clinton recession started...and now we have come out of it. Cycles are unavoidable. Think about it.
