Why have the very rich not created any jobs with their tax cuts? My friend who owns a bg yacht company even had a terrible year last year. The rich take the money and sock it away. They don't spend it. But the working class spend it right away. Therefore, if you want to stimulate you do two things, either give it to people who will spend it and the money percolates up, or you give tax breaks to those who create jobs and actually hire people. Bush's plan just makes idle rich people more rich and idle and transfers huge amounts of money from the public sector into private tax-free estates.
