No Maurice, you are wrong. <<Elections turn on a dime and one party is swapped for another>> ... but both parties were put in the office for the same exact electoriate motive, 'put some money, printed or otherwise, into my undeserving pocket'. In this way, democracy is predictable. The dynamism of dictatorships, for good and bad, is unpredictable, and when the folks are fed up, they revolt, releasing more dynamism. Awful system as far as individual rights are concerned, but the system has been around for a long time ;0) Chugs, Jay
