Ann,

Pardon me, but do you walk, the walk? If you have athletic shoes, where were they made?...America? Where was your car built?...In the United States? Americans have a choice and they can choose to purchase products made by American workers.

Are Nikes manufactured overseas, so much cheaper (or quality so much higher) to consumers than New Balances made in the United States? Is a Honda, Ford, or BMW built in the United States so much more expensive than a one built in Japan, Mexico, or Germany? If the trade deficit is so important to you, if buying American (and helping American manufacturing workers) is so important to you, then become an informed consumer.

Davesm

p.s. my car was built by American workers (in the United States); and the athletic shoes I'm wearing were also manufactured in the United States.
