The information uncovered with respect to the late Judge Woods and the legal precedent set forth with respect to conflict of interest are noteworthy. Cheney and Scalia duck hunting and dining together is not a favorable pre-court condition.

Loony Lefties, centrist drones or Reactionary Righties, (whatever you want to call them), they still seem to be able to smell: -- what at the least is a conflict of interest -- what at the worst is a badly-disguised effort to influence a Supreme Court Justice relative to a Proceeding to take place in the near future. I know, I know, you are going to say all they talked about was the merits of gunning down mallards versus pintails..... Yeah, sure! By the way, Waco was an utter DISGRACE in my book.
