Kerry has never done anything corrupt. That insinuation is BS. Kerry is very strict about ethical standards. And what if he did help his brother? And his brother helps him? I would be more concerned if his brother refused to help him. Don't you think Jeb helps GW? After all he roigged the Florida vote to get him elected in the first place.
