Training just happens to be my job. I am an American working in Scotland for the last 14 years. I have trained people from all over the world. So I speak from personal experience not dogma, or otherwise. My only comment to you would be "Let he without guilt cast the first stone". Nobody is any smarter, or better trained that anybody else. It is down to the individual and how he sees education and what it can do for him.....not what country he comes from. Wayne
