So are you saying that there is a more compelling reason to look at the provisions of the McCain-Feingold reforms and tighten it further?

Kerry is promising that when he becomes President he will use his executive powers and provide the lead in efforts for campaign reforms.

People who are distracting the issues and pointing to Kerry's record of taking special interest money is like telling him what he knows about peace since he has a record of fighting war.

All he is saying he is cognizant of how rampant the lobbying money issue is and he will change it when he is President. Trust him to do so and vote for him. Else do not trust him and go find someone else to vote for.
